Kelly Latchman currently serves as Chief Operations Officer / Office Manager for SH Hirth & Associates, Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in business and have worked as a bookkeeper/ Office Manager in the diamond industry for 13 years and 2 years in the non-profit sector.
When Kelly is not working, she loves Reading, Broadway Shows, Walking, Hiking, and going to Museums.

Renee is a native New Yorker and graduate of New York University. She has worked at S.H. Hirth & Associates for over ten years. She now works on special projects and is the Technology Manager at the firm. She finds unravelling and solving a technical issue rewarding. Outside of her role at S. H. Hirth & Associates Renee works in the field of interior design as a freelancer. In her free time, she is a traveler and committed yoga practitioner.

Jessica first began working at S.H. Hirth & Associates in 2015, while interning during her summer break at Villanova University. Since then, she graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Economics and worked in the tech startup space, forging new business revenue. She rejoined the deals team as Project Manager, assisting with deal advisory, business development, relationship management and capital raising. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, Central Park walks and trying international cuisines across the city.

Aubrey Williamson hails from Wisconsin but has made her home in NYC since arriving to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Classical Literature from Hofstra University. With a varied background, she wears many hats at the firm. She is the Office Manager, oversees the SHH&A Internship Program and assists the Deals Team with business projects. In her spare time, Aubrey enjoys spending time with her mini-dachshund, Thea.

Marco takes great interest in learning and understanding the world and people around him. This made joining S. H. Hirth & Associates, a seamless decision, allowing the opportunity to become further acquainted and engaged with the Global Community, and sharing the value of humanity and community with Founder, Steven H. Hirth. Since joining, he has been applying his learned skills of English and Writing, as well as his experience within the Luxury Hospitality Industry, from aiding communications with potential investors and partners, to organizing events and designing presentations. In his downtime, Marco can be found exploring the streets of NYC, nose deep in a dark psychological thriller, or losing himself to the rhythm on the dance floor.
