The Hirth-Zaridze Family Foundation was co-founded by Ann Hirth, of blessed memory, and her son, Steven H. Hirth. It was created in 2003 as a Not-for-Profit Corporation in the State of New York and is certified as a 501(c)(3). It is a self-funded foundation fulfilling its mission statement both in the United States and internationally.
